Non-Refundable Services:
Once an order is processed and our team begins working on your video, we are unable to offer refunds.
All videos delivered to our clients are non-refundable. This is because we cannot recuperate the costs incurred during the video creation process.
Revision Policy:
Understanding the importance of your satisfaction, we offer two revisions for your video.
These revisions are available to you within 24 hours after your video has been delivered.
